The Villano Family has information regarding the passing of Dion S. Villano in Raleigh State Prison. A private investigator has concluded that the prison knowingly prescribed ibuprofen to Dion who has documented stomach ulcers. It is believed that Dion expired due to internal bleeding as a result of the incorrectly prescribed medication. A wrongful death suite will be filed against the prison administrator, Gerald Branker and the Dare County Detection Center and US Press Donald T. Hawthorn.
